Castejón de Sos is one of the best sites for paragliding in Spain, well-known worldwide thanks to its conditions for free flight and the many high level competitions that have taken place here, from Paragliding World Cups to National Championships, Regional Leagues, etc. For this reason, the village of Castejon becomes a very lively place during summer months, hosting an increasing number of paraglider pilots who come to fly and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Pyrenees.

Castejón de Sos is located in the Valley of Benasque, 124 km from the city of Huesca (territorial community of Aragon, north of Spain) and surrounded by high mountain peaks. Thanks to its special geographical situation and characteristics, it is possible to fly almost all day long and in various conditions, from a smooth glide-down in the morning, to strong thermal conditions for XC at midday. It is an ideal place to spend the summer holidays with your family, as the area offers a wide range of exciting outdoor activities in a privileged natural environment.

As a pilot, things will be very easy for you here. In our flight centre we can provide you everything you need for a comfy stay in the valley, and for the best of your flights!

• Transport to Liri take-off: every day, from 9 am to 17 hrs. (Price: 9€)
• Transport pass with 11 rides to Liri (for the price of 10!): Save a 10%! The best option if you are going to spend some days flying. (Price: 90€)
• Transport to less known take-offs: El Turbon, Benasque, Reyes Magos, Pantallas, etc. A different flight. (18€)
• Tuition for launching and landing: for pilots with little experience or those who want to do their first flights with maximum security. (40€ per flight)
• Information and advice about flying sites in the Valley: maps, how to get to the take-offs, which are the most appropriate for the wind conditions and time of the day, and much more.
• Trips to Bagneres de Luchon, in the French Pyrenees: an alternative flying site for days with north wind in the forecast, or just to know the area, well-known for its conditions for paragliding and beautiful landscapes. 40€
• Paragliders test centre: You can test fly, with no compromise, the latest models from brands like Windtech, Ozone, Swing, Apco, Pro-Design, etc. Click on Shop and Test Centre. · Rent-a-glider: Hire full flying gear, harnesses, rescue parachutes, etc. (Price: 75€ a day)
• Packing of parachutes: Security first!! 36€
• Harness tester: hook in your harness and adjust it to the best fit for you, before your flight!
• Performance Tandem flights: Fly with an experienced pilot, who will teach you some tricks to improve your thermal or cross-country flights, and the clues to make the best of your flying days at Castejón. (From 125€ an hour).
